The meet and greet at the airport is done by a member of Forum M and associates staff who coordinates both domestic and international arrivals. Your volunteers can facilitate the work and create a warm welcome.
Meet and greet staff dress code: navy or black suit including Forum M and associates identification badge.
Airport transfer service: Since 35 years, Forum M and associates has developed excellent relationships with the various transport vendors in the different destination. Therefore, we are able to put at your disposal a vast fleet of vehicles of all kinds to ensure the transfer of your international delegates from the airport to their hotel.
Shuttle service: In order to optimize the fluidity of your delegates’ travel between the hotels and the different destination and Convention Centers, we are also able to set up an efficient shuttle service according to the schedule of your meetings
